***Faulty products***

It’s bad enough that your product develops a fault, so we try to make our returns or repair service as painless as possible.

If the fault occurs within 30 days of delivery we will always offer you a repair, exchange or refund.

If the fault with your product occurs within its guarantee period (normally 6 months from day after delivery) we will offer you a prompt repair service.

In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault before deciding the best course of action to take.

We do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.

All products that have a LCD or LED LCD screen are sold under the ISO-9241-302, 303, 305, 307:2008 standards regarding defective pixels

***Delivery Damages***

Please thoroughly inspect goods upon receipt (visually & powered on) and report any delivery damage or missing parts/accessories within 5 days of receiving the item.

We will not be held responsible for any damage or missing parts parts/accessories reported after the 5 days from the day of receipt, unless otherwise agreed on in writing through eBay messages before purchase.

*** Return/Replacement/Refund Procedure***

If the item you received is faulty or damaged or developed a problem whilst under guarantee please follow the steps below.

Contact us via  phone (01623 555667) or by email (sales@starbuys.co.uk) informing us about your issue or return request.

A report will be taken on the reason for return (photo evidence may be required for physical damage).

We will then arrange the method of return/replacement with your specific item and circumstances.

 If you would like to return an item for because you changed your mind and it is within 14 days since taking delivery please use the email address above and using "I changed my mind" as the subject of the email send us a brief explanation of why the item is not suitable, along with your order number and you will then be provided with full instructions for return.

After we approve the return for change of mind, please return the item unopened, unused, in the same condition it was received in and with its original packaging using your preferred postage method return it to us within 14 days of or receiving authorisation.

Attach a note securely to the box (outside and inside) stating your name, order number and reason for return.

Once the return arrives we will process it and refund your purchase promptly.

Please note that all return postage costs for change of mind are the buyer’s responsibility.

And in all cases, in accordance with UK law it is the buyer who is responsible for making sure the item to be returned is adequately packaged to avoid any damage on its return journey.  We reserve the right to refuse replacement or refund if the item is damaged due to inadequate care and packaging by the buyer.
